The Convention Center Event Staff, Security & Volunteers will be vigilant about monitoring and reminding people to keep their masks on at all times during the weekend. We will also have masks on hand if anyone needs one while supplies last. We don’t want to be put in a position to have to throw down any ultimatums so please simply wear your mask. I think we can all agree nobody likes wearing a mask but it’s a small sacrifice to make if that’s what it takes for us to still be able to still have our event as close to “normal” as possible.

New Mask Mandate Signs will be posted throughout the building and will be checked upon entry by Security as regular attendees also have to pass through metal detectors & bag check.
Signs for Maintaining Social Distancing (recommended) are already posted throughout the facility and multiple hand sanitizers will be distributed throughout the facility for public use.

Important Safety Reminders:
-
If you are sick or feeling sick we ask you do not attend.
-
If you have to sneeze or cough please still do so into your sleeve even with a mask on.
-
If you are Cosplaying you still need to wear a mask as either a part of your Cosplay or under your Cosplay mask.
-
Please wash and or sanitize your hands after using any facilities, eating or touching your face.
-
Please ask permission before handling any merchandise at tables out of respect for each vendor.

We have met with Spokane Regional Health District and we are incompliance with current guidelines.
Because we host our event inside a County Facility we must & will follow WA State & Spokane County Health Guidelines & Requirements to be able to hold our event.

In the meantime we strongly recommend for everyone to get vaccinated not only for yourselves but for everyone who is not vaccinated.
