Host Your Own Panel at Lilac City Comicon 2025!

We Need You!

Are you an expert about Comics, Pop Culture or Art? Maybe you are passionate about Gaming, Movies or Cosplay. No matter the subject you've come to the right place. We are looking for a variety of topics to be potentially selected to help round out our field of panels at Lilac City Comicon June 7th & 8th, 2025 at the Spokane Convention Center.

Apply online starting Friday March 7th, 2025.

Deadline to apply for consideration is Friday April 18th, 2025.

Benefits

If selected, you would receive up to two (2) comp badges good for day of the show. If more badges are needed (depending on your panel idea) please request in last field of the application for approval.

Additional Information

Panel can not exceed 45 minutes.
Microphones, tables, HDMI cables & LCD projector will be provided.
Tech support will be on site to help if needed.

Show Information:

Saturday 6/7 9:30am - 6:00pm (panels start on the hour from 11:00am to 5:00pm)
Sunday 6/8 9:30am - 4:00pm (panels start on the hour from 11:00am to 3:00pm)

What Happens After I Submit an Idea?

Please allow 7-10 days to read and review all submissions.
If your idea is selected you will receive an email to confirm your participation and together we will schedule a precise time that fits your schedule & ours.
